I hate that I wasn't there. I hate that I didn't get to see you, didn't get to say goodbye. My heart is shattered. I know it's selfish but I wish you could've held on for one more day. I would've been there to hug you and kiss you and tell you I love you one more time.

Thank You. I love the quote, it makes me think of the song "Holes In The Floor Of Heaven". That song always brings tears to my eyes, exactly for that reason.
